In rare cases there is an indifference between the local cached data and the

Online date. This may result in errors when generating reports.

To resolve this issue it is necessary to clear the local cached data



Open METIS and click on the Metis Administration.
In the Metis Administration select "Settings". 


 Select Data

In the Settings menu select "Data".


Clear the local cached data

Click on Clear to reset the local data

No data will be deleted or lost by performing this action

After you have performed the above tasks exit METIS and log back in.
